5.3 All activity conducted through your Account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be attributed to and treated as the actions of the Account holder, regardless of whether such actions were authorized by you.
5.4 5bmw1 reserves the right to suspend or lock your Account without prior notice where it reasonably suspects unauthorized access, fraudulent activity, or a security breach affecting your Account.
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 5bmw1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. All deposits must be funded from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 5bmw1's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under applicable Philippine law.
13.1 Voluntary Closure. You may close your 5bmw1 Account at any time by contacting the support team via the Platform's live chat function. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money balance (exclusive of Bonus Credits subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed KYC verification.
13.2 5bmw1-Initiated Closure. 5bmw1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

14.4 Subject to Clause 14.3, the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines with respect to any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
15.1 5bmw1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 5bmw1 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email to the address registered to the relevant Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform.
15.2 Your continued use of the 5bmw1 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 13.1.
