  • Transaction Records: Financial transaction records, including deposits, withdrawals, and wagering history, are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act and PAGCOR regulations.
  • KYC Documents: Identity verification documents are retained for a minimum of five (5) years following Account closure, in compliance with AMLC regulations.

12.1 The 5bmw1 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years or older in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. 5bmw1 does not knowingly collect or process the personal information of any person under 21 years of age.

12.2 If 5bmw1 discovers that it has inadvertently collected personal information from a person under 21 years of age, it will immediately suspend the relevant Account, delete the associated personal information in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines, and return any deposited funds.
